2.2 Tuition and Fees: Tuition and fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided upon enrollment. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
2.3 Refund Policy: Refunds are governed by California law. Students may be entitled to a refund of unused tuition in accordance with ICAN’s cancellation and refund policy, detailed during enrollment.
3. Student Conduct
3.1 Code of Conduct: Students are expected to behave professionally, ethically, and respectfully toward peers, instructors, and staff. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal.
3.2 Academic Integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in penalties as outlined in the Student Handbook.
4. Program Changes
4.1 Curriculum Updates: ICAN reserves the right to modify program curricula to remain in compliance with California Board of Registered Nursing standards and other regulatory requirements.
4.2 Class Schedules: ICAN may adjust class schedules due to unforeseen circumstances. Students will be notified in advance of any changes.
5. Limitation of Liability
ICAN is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in clinical practice or related activities, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including lecture notes, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of ICAN and are for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
